Separation of Church and State

I thought that this existed in Canada too. I guess not. I'm still a bit floored as to how you can grant a certain status and certain privleges on one segment of the society but deny that status and those privleges to another segment. And I'm not buying this God-thing. If you can't separate the civil and the sacred, you shouldn't be a politician. -Zh.
