As I walked up University to the department with my haul of too many Sharpies in too many colours, I passed Queen's Park. The rally doesn't start for another half an hour but already there were clusters of yellow-slicker-wearing policemen in front of Parliament. And then there was one guy on a unicycle, holding a placard and cycling up and down the east side of the building. I assumed as he cycled away from me that he was early for the education rally but as he cycled reached the end of the block and turned around, I finally had a chance to read his placard: "I may be balanced but bill 132 isn't" He then flipped over the placard: "Not all pit bulls are bad."
