I momentarily lit up at the thought of purchasing an advance pass for this year's Toronto International Film Festival. Then it dawned on me that K. and I are getting married during the film festival and suddenly attending screenings of odd foreign films and wordy Canadian ones wasn't such a great idea. -Zh.
