The hunt for the perfect Pad Thai recipe, round 2

The hunt continues... I tried another recipe tonight, sent to us by a friend. The verdict? Well, it was better than last time, but still not perfect. The recipe calls for chili sauce, which works beautifully, but is a little too vinegarey, and so the Pad Thai tasted very sour. I'm planning on trying this recipe again, with a few adjustments. But we are getting closer! It may in fact be possible to make perfect Pad Thai at home! I have hope... -K.
