I am in the process of making a cheat's version of coq au vin. It smells good, I just wish that chicken weren't such a pain in the rear to cook. Once it's in the fat, life isn't difficult, it's the prep and then the bleaching of the entire kitchen that gets to me. I sure hope dinner tastes good.

While I know that corporations, like states, are not inherently evil, Monsanto comes as close to it as an amoral institution can. It seems as though they should be teaming up with Microsoft and Nestle to screw over some developing country sometime soon. -Zh.
