Now Something Should be Done about the State Constitution

The bill designed to insure that "No textbook, form of instruction, course or program of study in any public elementary or secondary school shall endorse, encourage, or promote any form of marriage that is contrary to the definition of marriage in the Arkansas Constitution [i.e. one man and one woman]" has failed.
