Someone, more importantly, an American, has taken Russell Smith seriously. Hopefully that means that he'll soon be leaving Canada for points south and that the Globe and Mail will hire someone interesting. Perhaps one of the individuals who commented on the post? They all sound smarter than Russell Smith.
