We had broccoli and tofu in spicy peanut sauce for dinner tonight. The tofu had, however, gone off, and our lovely neighborhood NoFrills was already closed. I guess that means that we actually ate broccoli in spicy peanut sauce for dinner. The lack of protein has driven K. to search, so far in vain, for a cake recipe that calls for only one egg. We have a ton of community cookbooks, so there should be a wacky cake recipe somewhere. I hope that she finds one. -Zh.
